Arizona State Permit Resource
Staying current with state permits is crucial for truckers to ensure legal compliance and avoid costly fines or delays. These permits help streamline operations, ensuring that truckers can transport goods smoothly across state lines without regulatory issues.
Arizona Single-Trip Permit
Single-trip permits, or “one-way permits,” are required for lawful travel within or through Arizona. Foreign-based interstate carriers entering the state must show valid Arizona registration, an International Registration Plan (IRP) credential, and a fuel tax license. Carriers lacking the required credentials must purchase permits valid for 96 hours (four days) or until exiting the state, whichever occurs first.
